1. Service Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us via email at [insert email] or through our official communication channels. The following conditions apply:
For one-time projects:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking: Full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours but before project initiation: 50% refund.
Cancellations made after project initiation: No refund.
For subscription-based services:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already made will not be refunded.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date.
1.2 Cancellation by PROVERV
We reserve the right to cancel any service under the following conditions:
If a client violates our terms of service.
If the scope of work changes beyond what was initially agreed upon.
Due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be provided, depending on the stage of the project.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days from the cancellation date.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Any third-party transaction fees or platform charges are non-refundable.
3. No-Show Policy
For scheduled consultations, meetings, or video shoots:
If you fail to show up without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed with no refund or rescheduling.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
